In this course, you’ll learn how to:
- Identify your root fear that is preventing you from moving forward
- Understand what triggers your fear-based behaviours and the impact
- Manage you fear with tangible actions to make confidence and healthy choices
- Sustain these new tools and techniques to continue making a positive difference in your life and achieve your goals
Overview:
The course runs for runs for 4 weeks, a recommended 2 hours per week. During each week you will receive video lessons outlining the topic and required activities. Short and sharp, allowing you to do when appropriate in your day. It is recommended you view your video lesson first thing in the morning, allowing you time to reflect and commit to a time for your daily activity.
